Speaking at the inauguration ceremony on April 30, 2026, Ms. Đỗ Thị Kim Liên, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of AquaOne Group, shared the story behind the project and emphasized a guiding principle: every drop of water is not just a product, but a commitment to quality, responsibility, and public trust.

“Today, standing here at the official inauguration of the Hoa Binh – Xuan Mai Water Treatment Plant, I feel deeply moved and proud.
From the early days when this site was nothing more than a wild mountainous area, to where we stand today, the journey has been far from easy. We have overcome harsh terrain, challenging weather conditions, and countless obstacles. Yet throughout this journey, we have remained steadfast in one belief: to deliver clean, safe, and sustainable water to the people of Phu Tho Province and Hanoi Capital.
This is not merely a business objective—it is a mission to serve the community. What we see today is not just a modern facility, but the result of collective intelligence, dedication, and above all, unity. It also represents AquaOne’s strong commitment to local development, environmental responsibility, and improving the quality of life for the people.
We fully understand that such a meaningful achievement cannot be accomplished by the efforts of a single enterprise alone.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the leaders of Phu Tho Province and Hanoi City. Their close guidance, support, and enabling policies have served as a vital foundation, allowing this project to be completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
We are especially grateful to the local communities in the project area. During the construction process, it was inevitable that daily life was affected—whether by noise, dust, or other inconveniences. Your understanding, support, and cooperation have been a quiet yet indispensable contribution, helping bring this project to completion. Some contributions may not be visible on stage, but they form the very foundation upon which every project is built.
