Within the framework of implementing the bilateral Memorandum of Understanding between Laos Ministry of Public Projects and Transport and the Ministry of Construction, a Laos Inspection Team pays a visit to Vietnam in order to discuss and withdraw experiences with the Construction Ministry’s inspectors from September 8 to 13, 2019. Today, September 11th, 2019, Duong River Water Treatment Plant is honoured to welcome the Laos Inspection Team, headed by Mr. Chantula Phanalangsy, on a working visit to the Plant. The Team has had talks and tours around the largest clean water provision Plant inaugurated on September 5th, 2019, in the North.
