In the morning of October 5, 2019, under the direction of the Hanoi People’s Committee, the Department of Construction chaired a delegation of the City to visit the Duong surface water plant. Participants include representatives of the districts, including District Commissioners, District Commissioners, Thi Commissioners, People’s Councils, People’s Committees, Fatherland Front, Youth Union, Disease Control … At the visit, leaders were seen production processes and water quality from which to implement the city’s universal water plan. According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, in the near future, the selling price of water will be increased in the direction of calculating the price of terraces to support people in rural areas using clean water at an appropriate price. The adjustment will have to be within the price bracket of the Ministry of Finance and ensure the harmonization of interests of private water users and plants.
